Vern Kousky

Vern Kousky is a children's book author-illustrator born in Seattle, Washington, and raised in Pennsylvania. He is known for works such as Harold Loves His Woolly Hat, which received a starred review from School Library Journal and an Indie Next Pick, as well as The Blue Songbird, Otto the Owl Who Loved Poetry, and Lawrence: The Bunny Who Wanted to Be Naked. He has lived in Brooklyn, New York, working as a private tutor and adjunct professor, and more recently in Amherst, Massachusetts.[1][2][3][4]
