Vanessa I. Corredera is Chair and Professor of English at Andrews University. She is a scholar of early modern drama and Shakespeare, with a particular focus on race, representation, and the afterlives of Shakespeare’s canon in modern adaptations, appropriations, and performance. She is the author of Reanimating Shakespeare’s Othello in Post-Racial America.
