Ulrich Pohlmann

Ulrich Pohlmann is a German art historian and curator, best known as the Director of the Munich Museum of Photography since 1991. Born in 1956 in Schönberg, Holstein, he studied art history, ethnology, and art education and has curated numerous exhibitions on photography, with a particular interest in the relationship between painting and photography.
