Troy R. E. Paddock

Troy R. E. Paddock is an Assistant Professor of History at Southern Connecticut State University, where he teaches modern German and European history.[2][3] He specializes in topics related to imperial Germany and propaganda in World War I.[6] His notable works include 'The Rhine: An Eco-biography, 1815-2000' and 'Creating the Russian Peril: Education, the Public Sphere, and National Identity in Imperial Germany, 1890–1914'.[1][5]
