Trieu Thi Choi

Triệu Thị Chơi was a Vietnamese educator, writer, and folk artisan born in Tây Ninh in 1946. She authored around a hundred books on cuisine, sewing, home decoration, and guidance for women on family and motherhood, and was recognized for her contributions to Vietnamese culinary culture.
