Tomas Arias-vergara

Tomás Arias-Vergara is a Colombian computer scientist born in 1991, holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science from a bi-national program between the University of Antioquia (Colombia) and Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (Germany), completed in 2022. He earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electronics Engineering from the University of Antioquia in 2014 and 2017, respectively. Currently, he serves as a scientific coordinator at FAU, with research focused on AI for medical applications.
