Tom Vander Beken

Tom Vander Beken is a Belgian lawyer and criminologist with a PhD in law, currently serving as a full professor in Criminology and Criminal Law at Ghent University. He is the director of the Institute for International Research on Criminal Policy (IRCP) and focuses his research on organized crime, prison systems, and criminal justice issues in an international and comparative perspective.
