Tom Shone
Tom Shone is a film critic and writer educated in the UK who served as the Sunday Times film critic from 1994 to 1999.[1] He has authored seven books about cinema, including Blockbuster: How Hollywood Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Summer (2004) and The Nolan Variations (2020), and has contributed to publications including the New Yorker, New York Times, and The Guardian.[1][2] He has lived in New York since 1999 and currently teaches film history at New York University.[2][3]
