Todd R Clear

Todd R. Clear is an American criminologist and University Professor Emeritus of Criminal Justice at Rutgers University–Newark. He has also served as provost of Rutgers University and as dean of the School of Criminal Justice, and he has authored 13 books and more than 100 articles and book chapters.[2][6]
