Todd J Braje
Todd J. Braje is an archaeologist specializing in long-term human-environmental interactions, North American archaeology, maritime societies, and the peopling of the Americas.[1][2] He served nearly 15 years as a faculty member in the Department of Anthropology at San Diego State University and previously as the Irvine Curator of Anthropology at the California Academy of Sciences, and he is now the Executive Director of the University of Oregon Museum of Natural and Cultural History.[2][4] Braje has authored over 100 academic manuscripts and books, including 'Understanding Imperiled Earth: How Archaeology and Human History Can Inform Our Planet’s Future' (2024).[1][2]
