Tjalling Charles Koopmans

Tjalling Charles Koopmans was a Dutch-American economist and statistician, best known for his pioneering work in econometrics. He shared the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences in 1975 with Leonid Kantorovich for their contributions to the theory of optimal allocation of economic resources.
