Timothy White

Timothy White (January 25, 1952 – June 27, 2002) was an American rock music journalist and editor known as one of the most prominent music journalists of the twentieth century[1]. He wrote extensively on Bob Marley, reggae, and Caribbean music and culture for Rolling Stone, The New York Times, and other leading publications[3]. White died from a fatal heart attack in an elevator in 2002[2].
