Timothy Ferriss

Timothy Ferriss is an American entrepreneur, investor, author, podcaster, and lifestyle guru, best known for his 4-Hour book series including The 4-Hour Workweek, The 4-Hour Body, and The 4-Hour Chef, which focus on lifestyle design and optimization.[1][3] He founded BrainQuicken in 2001, sold it in 2009, graduated from Princeton University in 2000 with a degree in East Asian Studies, and has since become an angel investor in companies like Uber and Facebook while hosting the popular Tim Ferriss Show podcast.[2][3][6] Ferriss supports psychedelic research and released the card game Coyote in 2025.[1]
