Tim Rumsey

Timothy Rumsey, born in 1948, is a physician and author closely associated with the West Seventh neighborhood in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he was raised in southern Highland Park and spent his entire medical career from 1975 to 2020 at Helping Hand Health Center and United Family Practice. He attended college at Saint Thomas and medical school at the University of Minnesota, and has written on local community health history from 1870 to the present. Rumsey is also the author of the fiction work 'Pictures from a Trip' published in 1985.
