Thomas Widlok

Thomas Widlok is a German professor of cultural anthropology of Africa at the University of Cologne, specializing in hunter-gatherer societies, sharing economies, and mobility in indigenous communities. He has conducted extensive ethnographic fieldwork in Southern Africa, Australia, and Europe over the past three decades and is a founding member of the International Society for Hunter-Gatherer Research.
