Thomas Savage

Thomas Savage (1915–2003) was an American novelist best known for his Western novels inspired by his upbringing on a Montana ranch. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, he published 13 novels between 1944 and 1988, including notable works like 'The Power of the Dog,' earning critical acclaim despite modest sales.
