Thomas Rockwell
Thomas Rhodes Rockwell (1933–2024) was an American author of children's books, best known for his 1973 novel How to Eat Fried Worms, which won awards including the Mark Twain Award, California Young Reader Medal, and Sequoyah Award.[1][3] He was the son of artist Norman Rockwell and his second wife Mary Rockwell, born in New Rochelle, New York.[1] Rockwell died from complications of Parkinson's disease in Danbury, Connecticut, at age 91.[1]
