Thomas Jefferson Cram
Thomas Jefferson Cram (1804-1883) was an American topographical engineer who specialized in mapping and surveying land for the United States Army. He served in various capacities including superintending engineer of roads and harbors, military reconnaissance work in Texas, and geodetic surveys along the New England coast.
