Thomas Giacomaro

Thomas Giacomaro, also known as Tom Giacomaro, is a New Jersey-born former con artist and organized-crime associate who later wrote a memoir about his life of fraud and evasion. He was involved in large-scale investment and mail-fraud schemes and became known as the "King of Con" in accounts of his criminal career and later book promotion.[1][2][3][6]
