Thomas Engel
Thomas Engel (1927–2015) was a German inventor and entrepreneur who rebuilt his life after World War II and became a pioneer in polymer chemistry. He registered more than a hundred patents and later became known for his distinguished private Breguet watch collection. He is also noted for authoring an autobiography about his life and work.
