Thomas E Eimermann

Thomas E. Eimermann is Professor Emeritus of Politics and Government at Illinois State University, where he specialized in public law and legal studies.[2] He helped establish the university’s paralegal program in 1976 and served as its director until 2005; he has also coauthored several legal studies and paralegal textbooks.[1][2]
