Thomas À Kempis

Thomas À Kempis (c. 1380–1471) was a German-Dutch Catholic canon regular and spiritual writer, best known as the probable author of *The Imitation of Christ*. The work became one of the most influential devotional books in Christian literature and is closely associated with the devotio moderna movement.[1][3]
