Thomas 1881-1965 Johnston

Thomas "Tom" Johnston (1881–1965) was a Scottish socialist journalist, historian, and Labour Party politician who served as Secretary of State for Scotland from 1941 to 1945. He is also remembered for championing major hydro-electric schemes in the Highlands, a legacy often described as helping transform the region's economy and infrastructure.
