Thom Frühwirth

Thom Frühwirth is a computer scientist and professor who designed the Constraint Handling Rules (CHR) programming language and authored the book on it. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Vienna in 1990 and has been teaching and publishing since 1984. He is currently affiliated with the University of Ulm.
