Theodore J. Lowi

Theodore J. 'Ted' Lowi (1931–2017) was an American political scientist and the John L. Senior Professor of American Institutions at Cornell University, specializing in American government and public policy. He was known for his theory of interest-group liberalism and authored notable works including The End of Liberalism and American Political Thought: A Norton Anthology.
