Theodore A. Braun
Theodore 'Ted' Braun is an American filmmaker best known for his feature documentaries Darfur Now (2007), Betting on Zero (2017), and ¡Viva Maestro! (2022), focusing on global conflict in non-fiction and scripted forms. He is a Professor of Cinematic Arts and Joseph Campbell Endowed Chair in Cinematic Ethics at the University of Southern California. Braun has received awards including the International Documentary Association's Emerging Filmmaker Award and an NAACP Image Award for Best Feature Documentary.
