Terry Daniher

Terrence 'Terry' John Daniher (born 15 August 1957) is a former Australian rules footballer from West Wyalong, New South Wales, best known for his career with Essendon Football Club in the VFL/AFL, where he played 294 games, captained the 1984-85 premiership teams, won best and fairest in 1982, and was a three-time All-Australian.[1][2][6] One of four brothers who made history by playing together for Essendon in 1990, he also represented Victoria and New South Wales in state football and retired after the 1992 season to start a cleaning business.[1][3][4] Daniher has been inducted into the Australian Football League Hall of Fame and named in Essendon's Team of the Century.[2][5]
