Terrence J. Finnegan

Terrence J. Finnegan is a retired United States Air Force Reserves officer and senior civil servant whose career included work in intelligence. He is also an author, best known for writing on military history, including titles such as "Shooting the Front: Allied Aerial Reconnaissance in World War II."
