T. W. Graham Solomons

T.W. Graham Solomons was a distinguished organic chemistry professor and author, best known for his widely used textbook 'Organic Chemistry,' first published in 1976 and now in its 13th edition. A First Honor Graduate with a BS in Chemistry from The Citadel Class of 1955, he taught at the University of South Florida, earning acclaim for his teaching excellence despite a notable plagiarism trial in the 1980s which he won. He passed away at his family home in McClellanville, South Carolina, at the age of 87.
