T. S. Blyth

Thomas Scott Blyth (1938–2024) was a Scottish mathematician who published around 150 works, primarily on ordered algebraic structures and semigroups. He authored several important monographs and undergraduate textbooks, including 'Algebra Through Practice' and 'Basic Linear Algebra.' Blyth spent much of his career associated with the University of St Andrews.
