T Jefferson Parker

T. Jefferson Parker is an American novelist born in 1953 in Los Angeles, California, known for his police procedurals and crime novels set in Southern California. He began his career as an award-winning reporter before achieving success with his debut novel Laguna Heat in 1985, which was adapted into an HBO movie, and has won three Edgar Awards for works including Silent Joe, California Girl, and the short story Skinhead Central.[1][2]
