Susanne Pfeffer

Susanne Pfeffer (born 1973 in Hagen) is a German art historian and curator who has directed major institutions including Künstlerhaus Bremen (2004-2006), KW Institute for Contemporary Art in Berlin (2007-2012), Fridericianum in Kassel (2013-2017), and since 2018, the Museum für Moderne Kunst (MMK) in Frankfurt.[4][1][2][5] She gained international recognition for curating the German Pavilion at the 57th Venice Biennale in 2017, winning the Golden Lion for Anne Imhof's 'Faust,' and for her influential exhibition trilogy including 'Inhuman' (2015).[2][4]
