Susan R. Komives

Susan R. Komives is Professor Emerita in the Student Affairs Graduate Program at the University of Maryland, where she taught until 2012. She previously held student affairs leadership roles at several institutions and became widely known for her influential scholarship on leadership development, student affairs, and higher education, including co-authoring Learning Reconsidered and contributing to the Social Change Model of Leadership Development.
