Susan Jung

Susan Jung is a food writer, cookbook author, and former food and drinks editor at the South China Morning Post, where she worked for nearly 25 years. She is the author of *Kung Pao & Beyond: Fried Chicken Recipes from East and Southeast Asia* and has also worked as a pastry chef in San Francisco, New York, and Hong Kong.
