Susan Gail

Susan Gal is a scholar of anthropology and linguistics at the University of Chicago, where she serves as the Mae & Sidney G. Metzl Distinguished Service Professor. She has written or co-written several books and many articles on linguistic anthropology, gender and politics, and the social history of Eastern Europe.
