Surinder S. Jodhka

Surinder S. Jodhka is a Professor of Sociology at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, India, whose work focuses on caste, social inequality, rural society, agrarian change, development studies, and community identities. He has also written and edited widely on religion, social stratification, and the political sociology of identities in contemporary India.
