Sue Corbett
Sue Corbett is a journalist and author of children's books, with a career that includes television reporting in Missouri, South Carolina, and Florida, followed by work as a journalist and children's book reviewer at the Miami Herald starting in 1996, where her team earned a Pulitzer Prize for coverage of Hurricane Andrew.[2][3] She graduated from Fairfield University and the University of Missouri Graduate School of Journalism, and her notable novels include *12 Again* (2002), an International Reading Association Honor Book and California Young Readers Medal winner, and *Free Baseball* (2006).[2][4] Living in Tampa, FL, she has written four novels, a picture book, biographies, and adaptations for young readers.[2][3]
