Stuart Weems Bruchey

Stuart Weems Bruchey was an American economic historian known for works like 'Robert Oliver, Merchant of Baltimore, 1783-1819' (1956) and 'The Roots of American Economic Growth, 1607-1861.' He served as Libra Professor of History and Professor of Economics at the University of Maine from 1991 to 1998 and was associated with the Institute for Advanced Study.[1][2][4][6]
