Stewart Ross
Stewart Ross is a prize-winning British author of fiction and nonfiction for readers of all ages, with over 330 published titles including plays, librettos, and works on exploration, British monarchs, Scotland, Sherlock Holmes, the World Wars, and the Middle East.[1][2] Born in Buckinghamshire, he was educated at various institutions including Oxford, Exeter, Bristol, and Orlando, Florida, and taught in Sri Lanka, the Middle East, the US, and the UK before becoming a full-time writer in 1989.[1] He lives near Canterbury, Kent, lectures in France and the UK, and is the brother of auctioneer Charlie Ross.[1][2]
