Steven Baicker-McKee

Steven Baicker-McKee is an Associate Professor of Law and the Joseph A. Katarincic Chair of Legal Process and Civil Procedure at Duquesne University School of Law, where he also serves as Associate Dean. A former full-time trial lawyer for over 25 years, he is a co-author of the widely used Federal Civil Rules Handbook and other treatises on federal court practice, electronic discovery, and civil procedure. He holds an undergraduate degree from Yale University and a law degree from William & Mary, where he served on the Law Review board, and is recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer with an 'AV' rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
