Stephen Proctor

Stephen Proctor is an American journalist and author who served as a senior editor at The Baltimore Sun, The San Francisco Chronicle, and The Houston Chronicle. He writes on golf history and has authored books including Monarch of the Green, The Long Golden Afternoon, and Matchless.[2][9]
