Stephanie Barron
Stephanie Barron is the pseudonym of Francine Stephanie Barron Mathews, an American author born in Binghamton, New York, the last of six girls. She studied history at Princeton and Stanford Universities, worked as an intelligence analyst at the CIA, and published her first book in 1992 after leaving the agency. Best known for her Jane Austen mystery series, she has written over 15 books and lives near Denver, Colorado.[1][4][6][8]
