Stan Pethel

Dr. Stan Pethel is Professor of Music Emeritus at Berry College near Rome, Georgia, where he served on the music faculty since 1973 and as Chair of Fine Arts from 1994 to 2013. He is a widely published composer and arranger with over 1,300 works in print across multiple genres including choral, orchestral, band, and chamber music, published by thirty different publishers. He holds degrees from the University of Georgia and the University of Kentucky and is a regular recipient of the ASCAP Standard Award.
