Stacy Palen

Stacy Palen is an award-winning physics professor and director of the Ott Planetarium at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. She earned her BS in physics from Rutgers University and PhD in physics from the University of Iowa, followed by teaching introductory astronomy as a lecturer and postdoc at the University of Washington. Her work focuses on astronomy education, research on Sun-like stars, and science outreach, while she applies science on her small farm.[1][2][4]
