Sr. Jenkins, Charles E.

Charles E. Jenkins Sr. was an American engineer and business owner known for his work in electrical engineering, environmental testing, and aerospace-related projects. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps before earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and later operated a manufacturing and engineering company with his wife.
