Spencer C. Tucker
Spencer C. Tucker is an American military historian, Fulbright scholar, retired university professor, and prolific author who has written or edited over 70 books on military and naval history, including award-winning works like *Stephen Decatur: A Life Most Bold and Daring*. He taught at institutions such as Texas Christian University for 30 years and held the John Biggs Chair of Military History at the Virginia Military Institute for six years until retirement. Currently, he serves as Senior Fellow in Military History for ABC-CLIO.[1][2][3][4]
