Adrian E. Miller is an American food writer, culinary historian, speaker, and James Beard Award-winning author best known for Soul Food: The Surprising Story of an American Cuisine, One Plate at a Time. He has also written on African American culinary history, including the White House cooks who fed U.S. presidents, and is widely known as the "Soul Food Scholar."
