Sophie Mitra

Sophie Mitra is a professor of economics at Fordham University in New York City and the founding director of the Research Consortium on Disability. Her research focuses on the economic impact of disability and mental illness, social protection, multidimensional poverty, and the relationship between disability and poverty.[1][2]
