Sophie Brissaud

Sophie Brissaud is a French food and wine writer, journalist, and photographer who has been active as a culinary author since the late 1990s. Born in Paris, she is the author of the TV documentary series 'Le bonheur est dans l'assiette' (2012) and has won multiple awards, including the 2010 Edmond-de-Rothschild Prize for 'Grands Crus classés, Grands Chefs étoilés'. She currently writes for Le Figaro Vin and contributes content to the natural food and wine company Culinaries.fr.
