Sogyal Rinpoche

Sogyal Rinpoche (1947–2019) was a Tibetan Dzogchen lama, spiritual teacher, and author best known for the bestselling book "The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying." He founded Rigpa, an international network of Buddhist centers, and taught widely across Europe, America, Asia, and Australia. His later years were overshadowed by abuse allegations, after which he retired from teaching.
